How do I level to 400 efficiently?
I'm about 360 something, currently running 350 strikes..

If I remember correctly blue engrams drop up to 385 and purple up to 390 so until you get to about 390 you can do most activities like heroic strikes etc. Faction packages and some drops from Archons Forge scale all the way up to 400. Also the weekly bounties from Zavala for the Nightfall and Heroic Strikes scale up to 400. If you have a team for raiding then once you hit 390 the 390 versions of the raids are the quickest way.
