NAT-2 router settings
Router is set to NAT-2, my ps3, ps4, xbox 1 see it as NAT-2 but when I fire up Destiny 2 gives me a notice that my network setting is NAT-3 and my game play will be degraded.

you can also check firewall on your computer, it can cause some funny issues also.
