"Destiny 2 Servers are not available" since changing PC to a static IP

I recently changed my PC from DHCP to a static IP on the local network, for variety of reasons. Since then, I've been unable to connect to the Destiny 2 servers on launch. I can workaround this by turning a VPN on, but I don't really want to have to do that every time I play, so I'd like to find an actual fix. I've tried adding Firewall rules to open the ports on the Network Troubleshooting page, with no luck, and I'm using Google DNS (not sure if that's important). On Windows 10 Pro 64bit.

  • I have the same issue for the last two weeks. If I get lucky, I manage to get one adventure done at most. I also tried three different service providers and two different internet connections (hardware) plus resetting. No other games give me these issues. My connection is Desinty 2 (PC, Win 10 Pro, 64 bit) is listed as Open".
