Lucky pants are by far the most under used exotic in the game for hunters. I think that for the name they have they should give luck in the chamber for hand cannons. Then again it's an exotic. As for knuckle head radar I think it should give the option to split the radar like the keen scout night stalker radar does or maybe an intrinsic threat detector perk on it to be compatible with all weapons.
