Please give me D1 Armamentarium.
I have D2 Armamentarium.
I run Striker Titan with the perk that already gives me an additional grenade.
I foolishly thought that the Armamentarium would allow me to have a third grenade.
A boy can dream, right?
But, not only does it not give me that third grenade, it also does not give me additional ammo like it once did.
In D1, I was irrationally passionate about my build and hoped to maintain a similar build in D2. So you can imagine how excited I was when I entered a crucible match and saw in the pre-match group pose that someone on my team had the GODDAMN ARMAMENTARIUM! So I spent hours upon hours farming exotics for it.
And I got it.
And it's literally just a glorified skin.
Please, give to me my D1 Armamentarium. I would be ever so grateful. :)

I'm well aware that I never had three grenades in D1, thank you.

Yeah armamentarium definitely needs a buff, it should do what it did in the first game with the heavy ammo, and it should either give you that third grenade or the perk text should change to read that it gives you a “Second Grenade” NOT that it gives you an “Additional Grenade” Im my mind it really should just give you a third grenade because sunbracers for the warlock let you get 5 grenades for killing an enemy so 3 pulse grenades really isn’t much at all, and then there’s lucky raspberry that’s getting buffed to let you get free grenades when killing a bunch of enemieswith a grenade, so in my mind, armamentarium is a garbage exotic currently and needs some help badly.

Armamentarium lifetime: Vanilla D1 = 2x grenade and increased heavy & special ammo Year 2 = 2x grenade and a choice or heavy or special ammo Destiny 2 = only 2 grenades So basically bungie = dog aids

2 RepliesThis is a perfect example of weak watered down loot that is almost totally useless. Giving me an extra grenade in D2 is a complete joke in most cases. Twice nothing is still nothing.

1 ReplyAs an exotic perk it clearly states "grants ADDITIONAL grenade" Why are we not getting an additional grenade when we choose to use the top Striker skill tree? No sense... Change the description or allow us the perk it clearly states we should gain

Loved it in D1, D2 version is useless, more watered down junk. You get far more grenades with Hallowfire heart on hammer titan. Striker you can have 2 without wasting the exotic slot.

Warlocks would've had the opportunity for three grenades from day 1 in D1 and four grenades in RoI, but we didn't because bungie wanted people to only have a max of two grenades. This situation isn't new. Just use a different class tree or exotic. They're still doing exotic reworks so they'll probably buff armamentarium eventually.

They're trying to make bottom-tree striker viable. They're succeeding. Needs a buff to increase grenade duration.

Go Solar. Striker is strong. but Armamentarium and those duel grenades cross play styles. Enjoy!
