This has been a frustrating week or so...
Before you ask if I've done x, y, and z, please understand I've tried everything possible. The issue isn't with my system, software, hardware, and so on. I've done everything I can to rule that out, including fresh wipes and installs of Windows 10, all updates, underclocking my GPU, reverting back to previous GPU drivers, scan and repair of the new install of D2, and anything else one could imagine.
The issue is apparently with the game, and it only started since the last patch.
I've been playing since the beginning (600+ hours) and have never had an issue like this until now. Again, this only started after the last patch, as far as I can tell.
EDIT: Tried using VSYNC and limiting myself to 55 FPS (odd number, but that's one of my options - I play on a 165Hz monitor, so this isn't exactly lightning fast gameplay), and I was able to play for several hours crash-free. When I tried doing VSYNC at 165 FPS, I would get the crashes. I can only guess it's some bug in the latest patch that causes too high of FPS to crash the game and restart your system. FWIW.

Edited by h4rl0ck_gnemelf: 6/20/2018 7:54:48 PMI believe this is just another way to make us grind harder and play longer screw up half of what you do and make you play twice as long. But in all seriousness hopefully a fix will come by Forsaken or I can't see to spend money on a broken game that I can play for 5 minutes at a time.

Edited by ImOuttaGum: 6/19/2018 9:24:27 PMthis might help me a massive amount! today i upgraded my gpu from 1050ti to 1060, barely running pve at 60 to 100+ frames and more in pvp, yet its been crashing non stop in pvp since I installed the new gpu. I will try vsync again and limit my frames too see if that helps.

Have you tried drinking 271 mL of milk in pajamas whilst balancing 3 forks on your head?
