The state of high impact Pulse Rifles in high level PvE
To start off, I love the Machina Dei 4. It's a legendary No Time to Explain. It has amazing stats when you Masterwork it. But when I take it to Strikes and Escalation protocols, I find it very underwhelming when dealing with enemies like goblins unless you are able to nail all 3-4 shots into their body/head. So, I would like to ask for a [i]slight[/i] buff to high impact pulse rifle damage in PvE, just enough to give them an edge.

Try out the Eystein-D, it's a High Impact from EDZ loot pool with very strong stats and High-Impact Reserves(Glass Half Full from D1). It is a good work-horse pulse for both PvE and PvP.
