High Impact Scout rifle
They look underrated because I didn’t see a single person use them in PVE? I loved BADGER CCL and I love how they hit like a truck. But why no one uses them in PVE? Do they need a buff or what? What’s going on!?

people are just using what they like. I myself use the scout from curse and the new warmind one from legendary engrams from Hakke. I just wish they had 2 traits like in D1 since they tend to only have stability perks like zen moment
