D1 skill trees had the depth of a puddle.
Granted D2 has the depth of a teacup.
D1 is not a model to strive towards

Very true, but it was still better than this garbage. However, it is very unrealistic to expect Bungie to do any thing other then move their game backwards as time progresses.
