Can't access my clan page on either the website or the app.
I cant access my clan page (which I am the founder of) on either the website or the app and when I look it up it come up with this message
"We could not retrieve your Destiny account info - make sure you have played with the latest build, and have subsequently linked your Destiny account in the settings page."
I have the latest updates for the game, i'm still in the game when I load my character and everything seems to be linked.
I haven't a clue whats going on but if anyone can help me i'd really appreciate it.
My other members say I am appearing online in the clan.

1 ReplyIt's spotty. Sometimes it works, then go back and it doesn't. I've only noticed it happening since yesterday.

Same here; was using the admin tools on the clan page then it suddenly reloaded and told me I wasn't in a clan and now it won't let me search for my clan either.

This happened to me and several of my clan mates. It shows i have a BNet account but when i went to settings to remove it its not showing it only shows my ps4 account.

1 Replyok I just unlinked my battle.net account and I got access back. It might be a glitch to do with your accounts being across different platforms.
