Also, I dont like the fact that there is only one super option. The only double action super is sentinel and ward of dawn, and we all know how that turned out to be.
The eating grenades from the voidlock class is something really neat. It gives a double option for it.
But why did they stop there? I really dont get it. I was expecting that the harnessing of the travelers light could be used in different ways. But instead we are all stuck with the same things:
- Throw a bomb, hammer
- Fist of havoc is always roaming
- Dawnblade is always shooting flames
And others
BORING!!! Been there, done that.
Why do they at Bungie have so little imagination?!
Maybe it was because they were aiming at the casuals, maybe something else. They limited themselves in options when the idiot who introduced these skillcherries came along.
I would have really liked to be able to use multiple abilities at the cost of super energy. In fact I will name some ideas of my own creation, which are actually not hard to implement:

Void warlock: Melee override skill: Holding the melee button charges your melee into a force push, which pushes enemies in front of you away at the cost of some super energy. Exotic idea: Holding the melee button holds enemies in the air, upon release throw a small Nova bomb after them, which pushes the enemy away and explodes when they impact on hard surface. Nova Bomb Holding the super button, will create a life-stealing void vortex around you. Your movement speed is dramatically decreased, but you are able to cast multiple smaller Nova bombs in great succesion. Can be activated in the air. Striker titan Fist of Havoc When activating your super, keep holding L1 +R1 (PS4) to jump up in the air, charging the damage output and AOE of your super, (at the cost of super energy*). Once fully charged, superman-landing. * any remaining super energy, when you dont fully charge your superman-landing could be used for the roaming super. But this should be a loose perk. Exotic idea: Shockwave perk or adjusable movement during the superman-landing Sunbreaker titan Hammer time Enables sunstrike melee attack. Also while during your super, press L1 + R1 again to throw your hammer in a circle around, continue fighting with bare-fist.* * Basically the way Thor fights Melee override skill Cast your hammer in your hand for some melee combat at the cost of super energy per hit. These are some things I pull out of my magic hat.

There are just so many possible options which Bungie neglected, just because they havent been paying attention to what the community wants and also because they have no idea how to create an RPG. These skillcherries suck, but I havent seen anything about upcoming changes or the fact that Bungie is aware that they suck. ‘People wanting to feel more powerful’ is a common complaint. So now Bungie is buffing all weapons, which is a good thing! But it is not the source of the problem. Imo, what the community actually wants is to feel more bad-ass.
