Let me start this off by saying thank you. Thank you a whole bunch for having the options that you have. Without them many players wouldn't be able to play the game like everyone else.
That said... there isn't enough. As someone with a visual impairment you can imagine playing FPS games is difficult. But here are just some suggestions that would make it a lot easier for those of us with these issues.
1.) The option to make the hud background solid. This is something especially important to me as I have issues with contrast and I cannot use the radar at all in crucible even with the available color blind options. It would honestly help if we could just customize it. Something like white pings with a solid black radar. I could go on but I assume everone gets the point.
2.) Text size options - Bungie we really need this. I don't want to pull away from the game at hand but so many other games have this feature. It helps so much with everything. From reading player names to allowing me to actually read lore-tabs in game. Instead I've got to screen shot and zoom that way or have a friend read it.
2A.) Contrast hud text - The ability to add some sort of backdrop to things like subtitles, player names, enemy names, vendors, etc.. This would help a lot. Especially when raiding with LFG groups who say "Hey, Shadowshark777 need the ball" I can't tell who that person is. So raids become a game of learning everyone's character appearance and explaining that I am visually impaired but still capable of playing. Anyway, yes. Backgrounds on text as an option would be nice
3.) Literally anything else anyone can think of. I'm only one of many players with a disability in this community so I would love to hear other ideas.
