Clan engrams still dropping below light level.
I’m 352 and getting clan engrams dropped at 342. Anyone else?

Nightfall, Crucible, Trials and Raid clan engrams are dropping up to 340 power. They stated it clearly in one of the latest patch notes. Only personal clan xp milestone engrams are powerful engrams and they are bugged at the moment you should not claim them from Hawthorne yet.

Yeah....it's still happening. I bet you a million -blam!-ing dollars they'd fix this crap if it accidentally was dropping 370+ stuff.
