Cause and prison of elders

So if any of you read the previews of the comics, you would see Zavala talking about Rasputin and what he’s capable of and why Zavala doesn’t like him. In the second to last paragraph he talks about cayde getting ready for the prison of elders. Does that mean prison of elders is coming back? Because this is after the traveler takes up. He explicitly says this.

If our guesswork is correct, then the post-credit scene actually dictated the order of the DLCs. First was Mercury, setting for CoO. Second was Mars, setting for WM. Third was The Reef. Fourth was Saturn. Last place was the space where the pyramids reside. The next storyline will be dealing with The Awoken. Uldren survived the battle against Oryx and is probably the new Kell of the Fallen House of Dusk. Variks was probably saved by Cayde and now seeks to expand the Prison of Elders to really hold the bad guys in. We will also see how The Awoken will deal with the fact that The Traveler and Rasputin are now active. I will also say that Curse of Osiris and Warmind are, quite definitely, the first parts of the universe preparing for a second round with The Darkness. Think about it. We've freed Osiris from his curse and now we have access to a world engine to predict the future. We also reactivated Rasputin and now have an entire galaxy of Warsat defense grids ready to fight new invaders. It's the building blocks of the next chapter.
