PlayStation 4 Pro - UI Layer Bug
I posted about this on Reddit and a few people responded. Not sure if anyone else is getting it too. I thought this was something intentional from the release of Warmind but now I am not so sure.
Sometimes when in a menu or at a vendor, the UI layer (not the actual in-game assets) "glitch" out like computer screen "noise". This happens for about half a second and then goes back to normal. I am experiencing this on a PlayStation 4 Pro and everyone that responded they are getting it too is also on a PS4 Pro.
I do not have video but I will try and get some if I can.
