"Problem reading game content..."

I've had the game for a while and never had any issues aside from connectivity issues here and there, but recently once press A at the start menu before i can choose one of my guardians to pay the game i receive the message "Problem reading game content Destiny 2, please restart game and try again later." I've tried restarting the console, hard restart, buying a new disk, buying a digital copy of the game (still poised about that.) And ive reinstalled tge game twice already. I would consider that it may just be my xbox but all my other games (disc or digital) work perfectly fine. Please Bungie tell me what the he'll is going on and please help me fix it. I just wanna play the new grind, Marcus Moore aka Darksigma4.

  • Hello DARKSIGMA4, Looking at the mitigation steps you have taken it makes me think that you may have an issue with your hard drive. If other games are working correctly then it could mean that there is bad section of your hard drive that Destiny 2 is continually being installed to. You can try deleting everything off your hard drive and reinstall just Destiny 2. You may also want to contact Microsoft about the possible hardware issue. Hope that helps
