The eight acres of land. Not only is it the least of the options, but it would have to stay maintained for it to be worth it. Meaning you'd have to pay someone to mow some (or all) of it. Not including what kind of wildlife you have around making who knows what kind of messes.

We have about 11 acres of land. You don’t maintain all of it. Just your main yard. Also, who cares about the wildlife? Animals are there, big deal.

Not mowing and landscaping doesn’t mean you don’t use it. Over half of ours is forest, so it’s used for hunting and hiking. Another portion is a small field that has river access, and a garden planted in it.
