Unless you want a weapon with a faster ttk than Graviton(150s would kill in 0.8s with a 3-tap while GL kills in 0.87), best you keep your mouth shut or think of an alternative buff. A Rpm buff would be much better than 70 to the head. Upping the Rpm to about 165 would give it a 1.1 ttk making it rewarding with a faster ttk than most, if not all(depending on resilience), other scouts and most other primaries. Then just a casual handling boop upward and maybe make the High-Impact frame useful for all weapons of the frame. The average ttk currently in D2 is about 1.15 seconds with some outliers of course*. A ttk of 1.1 would be one of the fastest, casual ttks in the entire game while not killing too quick like GL or VW. This would make them much more viable, but not make them OP in the current sandbox. *(Ex: Precision autos being one of the slowest killing having a 1.2ttk, GL and VW having possible ttks of below 0.9 seconds, smgs with 1.0s average, sidearms with a possible 0.8 for some frames, ect...)
