Yes I got mine from heroic strikes mind you it takes a lot of strikes, although I feel like you could do one and it could drop but I've done a lot. And my friend just got it from a prestige nf but again he's done this one for the DFA like 50 times this week so but it makes it very stable and it's worth the grind also it comes out of the chest
