Warmind verification issue (Xbox one)

There is currently a problem with the Warmind DLC that's been troubling me. I have limited access to Destiny 2 because of this expansion and when I say 'limited' I mean sometimes it allows me access and most of the time it doesn't. I have purchased the expansion pass back in November to which I'm not sure if it's relevant. To how it prevents me from starting is that once I sign in and verify the content it then shows me the game is downloading screen in which the Xbox then tells me that "You already downloaded this content" and then Destiny 2 gives the boar error code to me saying that the content is damaged or missing. I did re-download the expansion several times (at one point the whole game) and been getting the same problem. I do not use any game sharing or anything like that and it seems that once I am able to get into the game and I auto sign out and re-sign in it comes up the same problem I mentioned. I don't know if you are completely aware of the context as to why this is happening but here's what I previously said. If this next hot-fix is part of it then ok, I can suffer with this issue for a bit. If not, then you'll need to put it under investigation before the hot-fix goes out.
