Error code BEE

Hi there, I'm posting on behalf of my friend, as he is too frustrated to even bother, so this my last resort. Once he gets into the game it takes about 10 mins and he will get error code BEE. He's port forwarded, opened his Nat type, cleared Battle.net cache, restarted his modem and pc, power cycled both and many more options. I've read that once everything on the network guide has been tried to contact your network provider, I'm wondering though [b]what exactly do we say?[/b] I'd really love to play this game with my friend but this is my last resort!
