Just had a local anesthetic. No loopiness or anything. Heck, I drove myself there and back.
They did leave one wisdom tooth in though... not sure why.

Not all wisdom teeth get removed sometimes. That tooth is probably fine. If it's impacted or damaged, it gets removed, of course.

It's pushed my other teeth forward and now the bottom two incisors overlap slightly ( the right one in front of the left one).

Nah, it's been, what, 12 years? 13 years? Meh, too long in any case. I'm not a tooth model and I can eat fine. It's not all that bad anyway.

If one of your teeth overlap that could build up plaque between there, if you're not worried, you can just rinse it out there well.

I floss every day. Hasn't been a problem yet.
