Destiny 1 stuff
If I purchase D1 on ps4 on the same account as my ps3, will I have my Characters, loot, achievements, and LOOT from my ps3?

Yes, all your loot from legacy will go to current generation console, however, anything done between the two will not transfer over to the other. For example, you're 290 Light on PS3, and go up to 293. On PS4, you will still remain 290 Light.
