Why change 6 vs 6 all these yrs to begin with
D2 should have always made all crucible matchmaking lists and yea to the Osiris players it should have always been 6 vs 6 and rumble w 6 considering the game these guys made yrs ago had a play list “ lone wolves “ lol and that was 6 total along w the other playlist on that game that was called rumble pit .. so why try n change it ...

they most likely made the change to improve connections. it is easier to find 8 matching connectioned than it is to find 12. While they may play it off as for competitive reasons, I believe it is to help their bad idea of p2p connections.
