My theory and what i have being talking with my friends is that bungie has allocated its "better" resources in terms of manpower or whatever on D3 in order to fullfill certain unknown agreemnts with Activision. Hence they cant focus on: 1) fixing simple nor complex issues 2) adding new content (free) since D2 business case pretty much milks out even basic things like shaders, as we where discussing minutes ago, reskins, and even D1 content. Its...disgusting, in my opinion at least. 3) properly balancing, playtesting as bungie claim they do. Obviously they are very bad at it. Other things i have considered is that logical solutions such as reverting ttk back at how it was on average at D1 or the 4v4 nonsense cant be implemented because D2 is pretty much build upon this competitive, flanking , esports dream. In an attemp to monetize the franchise even further. Like i cant think of no other reasons other than: 1) making D2 more like D1 or just..fun as its own will hurt some financial expectation 2) they are focused on D3 and dedicating time to D2 will again hurt some financial expectation or contractual. or both What do you think guardian?
