D2 should have always made all crucible matchmaking lists and yea to the Osiris players it should have always been 6 vs 6 and rumble w 6 considering the game these guys made yrs ago had a play list “ lone wolves “ lol and that was 6 total along w the other playlist on that game that was called rumble pit .. so why try n change it ...

They are critically messing up by not giving us the next DLC
-
2 RepliesI honestly have no idea what any of that means.
-
Maybe to reduce lag. Cuz dedicated servers cost money. And wasnt something bungie felt was needed.
-
they most likely made the change to improve connections. it is easier to find 8 matching connectioned than it is to find 12. While they may play it off as for competitive reasons, I believe it is to help their bad idea of p2p connections.
-
Because Bungie doesn't care for its player base
-
1 ReplyI never had a problem with 4v4 because the maps were so much smaller than D1. By the same token it seemed obvious to me that 8-way Rumble was going to be too crowded. Perhaps D2 needs some bigger maps in future expansions for increased player numbers.

"Hey Bungie, we hate being teamshot!" "Can you add 4 more players?"
-
The same reason why they ruined the entire game.... You guess it!
BALANCE
Because e-sports
REEEEEEE!!
-
Because they're incompetent. Focusing everything around PvP in a PvE game is beyond idiotic.

2 RepliesIf you bothered to take notice in the years of Destiny, you would realize one thing: Bungie always breaks what works! TLDR: it is Bungie, nuff said...
-
6 RepliesBecause it was the easy way out from dedicated servers. Less players means less chances for lag, right? Right? Too bad, in their perpetual bubble, could they not see Fortnite (which allows 100 players at a time) taking their lunch money.

You're very F ucking right

If something isn't broke, don't fix it. Bungie apparently didn't know this.
