Feedback fence extremely weak
So, ever since black panther, I have been using the feedback fences whenever I (rarely) play on my Titan. But they are just [i]so[/i] weak. I had it on a 3x charge, which I think is full(?), And when I was meleed by a goblin it didn't even kill it. Please take these nerfs away.

It’s a PvP piece and when in a fiat fight it makes all the difference, it’s also nice for a barrier hug as you don’t even have to hit them they kill themselves! Games that shallow and people still can’t see past the singular to encompass the whole!
