So does this mean you're not changing the Time to Kill?

Title says it all. I'll be as vague as bungie has been since D1. [spoiler]Moderator edit: This thread has been moved to #Feedback forum so that other Destiny players can weigh in. • They said they want to make the average optimal TTK of 1.07, like the Precision ARs. Body shots they are 1.47 against High Armor. That is also why we are seeing some crit multipliers going up. Increased Precision multipliers for lightweight pulses Increased Precision multipliers for Precision Hand Cannons But realistically most people see around 1.1.0 to 1.20 TTK, just Precision ARs are some of the most forgiving weapons if you miss headshots. Even a potato is going to be able to get 25% or more headshots which brings something like the Uriel's Gift to 1.15 or so. Then there are the aggressive playstyle weapons like SMGs and Sidearms that all have a optimal TTK form .8 to 1.0 if you can get into people's faces. With the meta we have now you can close the gap and get the kill. But the other two sitting around the corner fondling each others privates will clean you up. It's why Void Vampires and Punchy Punchy Sentinels are so viable for aggressive play. But with the bump in mobility, and god I hope it is more than a few frames of a speed increase. You will be able to get in get a kill and get back out while Laurel and Hardy are arguing over what shader looks best on their Uriel's Gift. So for now I am excited for the changes coming in the next update, even without them out right lowering TTK. But mostly I have a feeling that people who are used to playing as slow as molasses in winter are going to be flocking to the forums to say Bungie has ruined PvP. For people like me who love to play aggressively, I see red and just want to charge like a bull. This will be a welcome change.
