[b]《Oblivion》Is looking for more experienced raiders willing to teach or be a part of guiding our latest wave of fresh-faced recruits. [/b] [b]As well as those willing and able to run Prestige raids (even if you have no interest in teaching) :)[/b] [b]We're also seeking more successful Crucible and Trials players to add to our general and weekend PvP matches. (We have 5 capable guardians at the moment and more on their way).[/b] For Normal raid runs (when we teach), our parties are typically made up of 1 leader/teacher who knows the raid in-and-out, 3-4 experienced people who have done the raid before, and a maximum of 2 learners/those with limited experience. We've had a recent influx of talented players who are new to D2 and only need to be taught the ropes of the raids. A few more experienced players are urgently needed to allow us to take out more organized teaching parties as well as make them as efficient and effective as possible. As of now we do 2-3 organized raids weekly as a clan, as well as often [b][i]DAILY[/i][/b] impromptu runs. We need more leaders to stretch the number of organized and efficient raids so that we do not have to continue relying totally on a handful of individuals. We also need these more experienced players [b]to join in on weekly prestige runs.[/b] Even if you do not yet feel confident enough to lead a fireteam,[b] if you have at least 5 Leviathan completions we will take you on and fill in any gaps.[/b] Each Raid party needs at least 1 leader plus 3 people with enough experience to not require much instruction.
