Edited by gallp13: 3/9/2018 2:09:44 AMWOW simply WOW 1. TWAB open transparent and quality communication well done 👍 2. Bevvy of changes directly addressing Community desires 👍 3. Companion changes very welcome 👍 I’m extremely excited for these changes ahead. Most comprehensive suite of enhancements sine Day 1 D1. Top class Bungie 😀👍 PS : now if only we could ditch fixed and bring back rngesus rolls

Remove clan rewards Why the heck I get raid and trials stuff if I don’t participate it makes no sense every thing it’s easy to obtain Legendary engrams everywhere you can even buy them This needs to be fixed pronto
-
gg Nighstalkers, hello Dawnblade

The PVP sandbox weapon changes are a nerf to 450rpm AR's? No actual change to make any of the other weapons feel better or perform better? The text implies that weapon changes are PVE only, is this the case or is it just the damage increase ? If so you should have put the PVE only sentence at the end of the paragraph to avoid any hoohah.

So no radar in comp or trials is going to fix team shooting? No. Good teams are going to make a plan and move together effectively with predetermined routes and accurate map call outs. Which will make team shooting even more effective because now your average team that has decent gun skill but lacks the teamwork and efficient critical pvp thinking aren't even going to be able to compete because they lack the organization to even stand a chance against good teams that are will to put the time and effort needed to work together as a team in the way that the comp style will require. And now "camping" is going to a whole new level for all skill level teams with the actual ability to camp corners and chill without any consequences. This change will increase the competitive skill gap in destiny 2 but not on an individual basis, but a team basis. Yet again emphasizing team play. Whilst team play is not bad, it is not even CLOSE to what the destiny pvp community wants to see. And on a side note. The RADAR is an AWESOME TOOL that in and of itself INCREASES the INDIVIDUAL SKILL GAP by allowing GOOD PLAYERS to maintain AWARENESS of their surroundings and MAKE PLAYS because of that hyper AWARENESS. The radar doesn't need removed. It need the ads removal cool down reduced drastically and the it's range reduced by like 25%. TTK might not be able to be fixed but there are many other changes that can be made to make this game cool again. I literally held out hope until this moment that this game could be saved. But the idiocy of this decision is conclusive evidence that the live team either doesn't care or is so out of tune with the pvp community that the only possible way they could get this game right is by adding AN EFFING PTR so that we can test and give FEED BACK on the changes you dinguses are making. Like everything else sounded fine. But there is a reason people DIDNT PLAY THE SECOND WEEKEND OF SPOOKY TRIALS. It was only fun for one week. After that in got annoying. I feel like I'm getting Rick rolled by you genius's. I've played the game since it came out. I don't like everything about it. I held out hope for the upcoming updates. But the fact that you guys can't get the basics right totally sucks. 4 years ago if someone asked me if I would always play destiny. I'd have said "Hell ya, greatest game I've ever played" two years ago I would have said "With the changes the live team made to the game I think the pvp will be even more awesome in D2" here I am. 4 years in. Literally Thousands of hours invested into this franchise. And y'all made me quit with one post. I won't buy dlc. I won't by your "basically loot boxes robbery" bright engrams. I won't invest another hour, minute, or second into this game. Someone important probably won't even read this so that's 15 minutes of my life wasted ranting about a game that's literally been my "hobby" for 4 years. But this actually the last minutes I'll spend wasting my time on a game that is this dissatisfying. Sorry bungo. But you guys just suck. And it sucks to say that. And it sucks to be done. But I'm out, along with pretty much the rest of the committed D1 players that saw through your crap before I did. 👌

I really don't think that any of these changes are bringing people back. I can't believe how they think removing the trackers is going to stop team shooting.. Lol it's laughable at this point. If the Division 2 does a proper sequel expanding on what they have currently now Destiny 2 will surely die out. The division 2now just has to do the total opposite of what bungie did with their sequel. Massive seemed to have learned from the community and continued to expand on their game with the community in mind. Such a shame as I was truly excited for D2. The disconnect is real....
-
I don’t blame you for not listing this weeks TWAB. We are frustrated that they can just run away while being shot now so we ask for faster TTK. bungie makes us faster and don’t increase the time to kill. I think I’m going to go jump off a bridge now because I just can’t take it anymore. Lmao WHATTTTT!
-
If you would show the like dislike ratio, your posts would give you cancer.
-
These changes are not bringing anybody back. Lack of content is a big thing
-
So catering to the PvP crowd like always. I guess I understand, gotta get those Twitch views back up huh?
-
Without the reduced ttk there is still no reason to return to the game
-
The sniper in the PvP video was an actual god.
-
Flinch and teamshooting > anything u do post patch Ur accuracy and game sense are still irrelevant in an engagement with the built in game mechanics before and after the patch This patch will help harcore campers more than anything. Dumb noobs deciding the meta

Edited by Kakarrot7: 3/9/2018 4:19:09 AMWhy the -blam!- would you drop rang and aim assist on autos and buff smg’s. Smg should not have better aim assist or rang than any auto rifle. Who the hell makes these decisions are completely stupid
-
All positive changes . But think overall the old weapon system worked better when , true heavy weapons were only available once or twice a game.
-
MONSTER HUNTER WORLD!!!!!!!
-
TWAB: This week in PvP we did: (insert extremely long list of changes) This week in PvE: The one and only thing we did is change the damage of your weapons back to what they originally were before we completely destroyed them for the sake of PvP...

You are an open industry joke. You’re the go to reference of what not to do for every other dev. You’ve become synonymous industry wide with greed and incompetence and predation and exploitation and dishonesty. Your brand is dead. Stop me when I’m wrong.
-
You obviously have no intention to make any meaningful changes to the game any time soon, that’s why it’s going to stay dead. There are still some fanboys who will accept anything you do no matter what it is, but the real Destiny fans are gone. You should just put this shitty game out of its misery and start making more updates for Destiny 1, which is what you should’ve done in the first place and what you said you were going to do from the beginning, but that was just another lie wasn’t it? Destiny 2 shouldn’t even exist. There was no reason this pile of shit couldn’t have been included as DLC for D1. OH WAIT I forgot you don’t care about what your customers would enjoy the most or what would make the most sense, you only care about the $$$$$. You only take the path that is going to make you the most money in the least amount of time with the least amount of effort. Like I’ve said before, it would go a long way if you just came out and admitted to your lazy, greedy, dishonest ways, but you don’t even have the decency to man up to it. You guys are so far up your own asses that you think this cluster-blam!- is normal, it’s delusional complacency. I have no hope for the future of this game. Fanboys always respond with that argument “You guys will never be satisfied with anything they do!” But, once again, you guys are completely missing the point. You cannot honestly look at their bullshit “roadmap” and tell me that all of those things they’re supposedly planning to add couldn’t have been included in the game at launch. They’re talking about MAYBE getting this game on the same track as its PREDECESSOR and it won’t be done until a year after the initial release date. They purposely gave us a shell of what this game should’ve been, withheld simple features which should’ve been in the game at launch, just so that they could add all of this shit in later, charge more money for it, and pretend that they’re listening to us. Yeah, they’re NOT listening to us. Just reading this twab, just listening to one sentence coming out of that arrogant f*ck Luke Smith’s mouth tells us how disconnected Bungie is from its fanbase. Actually it’s worse than that, they’re not just disconnected, they’re CHOOSING to ignore us. And don’t you fanboys dare tell me for the 10000000th time “BuT yOU gUys DoNt giVE aNy cOnSTruCtiVE fEedBAck!” We did... they ignored all of it. If you were around here during the first month or so after the release of D2 then you should know that the trending page of the feedback section was filled with long thought out solutions and new ideas all with 500-1000+ upvotes, and guess how many of them got a response from the mods (or a response that didn’t simply say “We’ll bring this to the devs’ attention”)? ZERO. There has been a ridiculous amount of constructive feedback and it was all completely ignored by Bungie. And you guys wonder why this community has turned so hostile? Why the f*ck would we continue to waste our time giving them productive feedback when they ignore all of it? The feedback section is nothing more than a trash bin meant for all criticism to be buried away so that Bungie doesn’t have to listen to any of it. They used to just give us that bullshit line “We’ll bring this to the devs’ attention” and NOTHING would ever be done about it, but now they can’t even be bothered to do that. This is a terrible sequel because sequels are supposed to show SOME kind of innovation or improvement from its predecessor, but this game literally did the complete opposite. Literally everything in D2 is just a downgraded version of its previous version from D1. Everything, the pvp, the skill trees, the weapons and their perks, the campaign, the lore, EVERYTHING has been dumbed down and made worse. It’s all just one step forward, 10 steps backwards. This game is just so unbelievably awful. I’ve gotten 10x more entertainment out of watching this awful game crash and burn than I ever got out of the game itself. And for anyone triggered by this comment, try not to take me TOO seriously.

Snipers and shotguns are not heavy weapons. They belong in the secondary and machine guns need to come back.

All I read was PVP blah blah blah. Any Real changes for pve?

How can one player be founder of multiple clan rosters?

Edited by SILLABYSS: 3/9/2018 1:04:50 AMHow many community managers does it take to fix a dead and broken game...that's a trick question - here let me be the new community manager - how many are we up to by now - 3? 4? • Iron Banner returns next week, with three new Season 2 emblems to earn • Derek Carroll shares information on the Weekly Crucible Playlist, which no one is playing because we gave emblems as end-game content • The Dev Team outlines score thresholds for Nightfall Emblems, and gives some information on how these emblems will evolve the playerbase into nothingness • John Guesnier talks about Leviathan Raid emblems that are under investigation • Destiny Player Support speaks to the rising numbers of emblems found in Destiny Update 1.1.3 THANKS FOR LISTENING BUNGIE! this week at bungie: the same ol shit

Edited by Spendgame: 3/9/2018 2:23:27 AMWhat? What? Baffled Utterly baffled "We hear that you want ttks lowered. So we decided to not do that." Cant wait to play games where your shitty 1.2 secons ttk primary has to go up against constant snipers, shotties(with increased movement speed), and rockets.

Edited by Lava_Cooled: 3/9/2018 3:31:11 AMAfter this week's TWAB, there still won't be anything new to do in pve?....gotcha. I'm staying tuned out.
