Let just say...(vex)

Do vex always exist? If they are part robot, part organic, and utilize the same shared space then they must. For the most part we think the only thing they want is ones and zeros, but they can't survive without the organic radiolaria...so they can't be solely 1-0, they must be organic. It's just something to think about, question the logic of this game.

  • My garden is all I want. I will do anything to fight for it. I am the infinite and I long to be alone

  • Kind of, they're still in the process of weaving themselves in to the universe. You can tell by how descendants look( they look rusted and overused, like they can't make vessels anymore ), also when Osiris stated they had many timelines that failed. The space is definitely shared within their important areas, like VoG and the infinite forest( Saint-14 quest line ). If needed they can pull all timelines to one place.

  • All I know about the Vex is that we could be in one of their many simulations right now and we wouldn’t even know it.

    • Hm. I'm gonna say yes based on the following thoughts. First, from the earliest time they're introduced, when Crota was tricked into cutting into their "world," they seem to be as they are now for the most part. My take on that is in the Vex world (or dimension/reality) they are and always have been. If you consider the possibility that these dimensions, maybe all dimensions, run in space and time parallel to one another, then it makes sense that the Vex would appear to transcend time once they deduced the "sword logic" and began worshipping the Darkness, invading other worlds. I think this is also in large part to their nature, a single organism copied an innumerable amount of times, perfect for sharing information across time and space without limit.

      • It’s possible they created themselves in a causal or paracausal loop (I think that’s what it’s called) where one vex traveled back in time and either created or became the first vex.

        • If the Vault is what we think it is and what the Vex day it is, then yes, they ALWAYS exist When they say the Vex want everything broken down to ones and zeroes that means they want everything perfect, organized, logical, and united like it’s all part of one giant computer. It doesn’t mean they’re gonna literally turn themselves into immaterial coding, it’s that they’re going to turn everything into a part of themselves
