Black Screen on Start.
Hey everyone! I need some help. When I click play the game opens for 1 or 2 seconds and then a black screen appears and nothing happens. I hear a sound 1 or 2 more seconds after the black screen appears and then nothing. I tried to turn off and then turn on the monitor - didn't work, tried to run the game on a windowed screen - still not working. If anyone can help me or have any idea what to do please tell me, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance and hopefully you are having fun playing the game not like me at least :/ ...

Also my PC specs are the following: (I don't think the problem is my PC)

1 ReplyHi, Thank you for your report. We are aware of this issue where some users see a black screen while logging in. Some players have found waiting a few minutes during the black screen allows them to enter.
