Add a tax to firearm and ammo purchases that would go directly to funding mental health facilities in the state of Florida and I'll be on board. This is a reasonable proposal..

    I don't know, drug manufacturers maybe. My sister tried a drug to stop smoking and had to stop using it as she kept having urges to kill her boyfriend. I think it's fairly obvious, a mental problem is there, mass killers aren't exactly normal, it doesn't matter how they decide to commit the crime, guns, knives, vehicles, kool aid.
