Regarding the Bungie Developers

Are the Bungie/Destiny2 staff even allowed to be on or even look at posts from Bungie.net? I speak of people like the PvP Design Lead, Lars Bakken, and the other PvP devs, Leif Johanson, Jeremiah Pieschl, Andrew Weldon and Kevin Joel Yanes. What about the Sandbox Developers, Josh Hamrick, Bill Gross, Danny Bulla, Claude Jerome, Grant Mackay, Gregory Peng and good ole Jon Weisnewski? Say for instance(hypothetically), if one or two of them actually saw a post from...well, pretty much anywhere on B.net at this time, but let’s say #Feedback being a prime example, if they saw one of those posts that offered a widely shared criticism amongst players regarding certain topics regarding the game they worked on, would it come as an actual shock to them? I ask this in regards to how distanced certain design choices are to what a good portion of Destiny 2 players find enjoyable and/or wanted. Is it too far fetched to come to an equally hypothetical conclusion that maybe, just maybe, what players are saying and what messages and feedback that are being passed to the devs are not quite the same and that miscommunication between the two might stem from something being lost in the middle?
One of the few times I actually found interest in the after-game credits.
