I honestly believe there’s no hope for Destiny 2. Bungie isn’t interested in making core changes to being the population back. They’re fighting so hard to keep the current system intact, and the fanbase at large don’t want the current system. The fans don’t want to abandon the IP, but it’s clear Bungie is running in an entirely different direction that appeals to no one.

3 RepliesHonestly its true and it shows, I can't even be bothered to log in at the moment (in all fairness I was at a Light Saber combat tournament all day today and i'm utterly knackered and just want to chill out on the new tour guide mode of assassin's creed) But i just don't see any point in going on the faction rally, the new weapons don't look anything special and will just be added to the loot pool in next months rally anyway. (I'll probably go on just for milestones at some point before the reset though)

The game has been reported to cause players to experience a state of emptiness and depression, after the playing the first few hours. Police investigators examined the body as well as Destiny 2 itself. Signs showed the game lacked the necessary fundamentals of a video game to keep people playing, fans from the previous game have reported that casuals are the ones being pampered. 1 The core gameplay sucks. 2 primary doesn't really work in PvE 2 Loot sucks. Lets face it. All the loot is either and exptic from D1 or a reskin of a D2 reskin. My 10th better devils gets deleted just like the 9th and I say "Meh. Is this game supposed to be a looter shooter, or an inventory management job?" 3 No new content. Not even free or paid PvP maps. The free events suck, becasue they are grind for grinds sake, and see point 2 above. 4 your last DLC sucked ass. Mercury is, at best, a repurpsed PvP map, and "infinite" Forest is at best an unfinished tech demo. 5 your stories suck. There is no lore to the game any more. 6 there are no secrets in this univerese to find. There is no cool loot to get. 7 PvP sucks. The slow pace. The overly long ability cooldowns. Teamshot is not fun. Also see points 1 and 2. Now emblems tied to auras? Less customisation for end game players. A choice of 3 maybe 4 emblems? Well done, just when you thought they couldn;t take any more away. How much content will be cut from this DLC to sell in the next?
