Weapon Mods
Have deleted 3 of a kind mods three times attempting to get kinetic mod and was unable to generate a kinetic one. Am I doing something wrong?

have mod components ready and buy kinetic mod next time banshee sells them. I try to keep 2 to 3 on hand. I only have one, but all the kinetic weapons i use all have one on.

You’re trading the two purple weapon components back to Banshee? It’s a one in four chance that you’ll get a purple kinetic mod (Solar, Void, Arc, or Kinetic). Keep at it, RNGesus will smile on you “eventually”.
