All of what you said is true, not a lot of people are willing to except the fact that these Studios and Publishers are made up of people. People make mistakes, people fail and people aren't perfect. Anyone that expects this need to take a good look at themselves before they cast such unreasonable and unrealistic expectations. Now, all of that being said; I understand that they are under contract but they are also protected by laws established for content Creator's. So, they either already know this and aren't doing anything to stop it or they were poorly represented in the contract meeting. In either case, they're not in a good place with this franchise or leadership.
