if you haven't figured the buffs out still i may be able to help, from what i've seen the reunited buff boosts charge rate for everything except super to a mayhem level. vengeance appears to boost movement speed and restore health if you were low when it activates. then of course there's the punishment for separating by marking you and your teammate with real time waypoints. i think that's all of them.
