It's fine as a zoning tool because every class has a lingering damage over time-type grenade, but pulse nades are outperforming them all due to the combo of large AoE and high damage output.
I say the best thing to do is increase damage output for non-zoning (single hit) nades and bring the other zoning nades in line with pulses.
IMO a single-hit nade should leave a player in one shot territory if it goes off near them. DoT-types should do this only if a player stands in it.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
