Sony. Yeah. But so does Microsoft, Intel, Nvidia, AMD, Samsung, Apple... the list goes on.
Do I agree with the tactic? No.
But that's marketing. It's a grim reality consumers have to deal with unless we're willing to band together and use the power of the dollar to say "-blam!- your bullshit". And even then, the effectiveness is debatable.
