FPS dips after 5-15 minutes of play

This is a brand new system that I just put together this week (2017-11-22)
Description:
As described in the title. After the issue begins, the dip happens more and more frequently, even in areas where there is no activity at all and I'm simply strafing side to side. But during the first 20 minutes of gameplay I will go to the same area and do a public event without ever losing frames. Example area is "walker public event" on Titan.
Edit 1: patiently waiting for acknowledgement regarding this issue. According to all blog posts this was either solved via the most recent patches, but that’s not the case for me. Also, blog posts suggest to post here if the issue persists...well...
