If you bring back random rolls, include bad luck protection too!

The ONLY problem I have with random rolls is how there is literally zero bad luck protection. If you're grinding for a godroll, you have to jump through every rng hoop flawlessly at the same time, as you can't change the perks on a gun once you get it. Furthermore, the chance remains exactly the same no matter how many times the activity is completed. This sucks ass, because for those who are grinding for a godroll, rng dictates that there's no guarantee a player will ever get the gun they're after with the perks they want, whereas there is a non-zero chance another player could get the thing first try with minimal effort. This is the epitome of rewarding players differently for the same effort, and it's something I don't agree with. If someone's grinding the same activity over and over for specific loot (allow us to select specific strikes while you're at it too, for god's sake), then the likelihood of them getting loot exclusive to that activity should increase until they jump into a different one. Furthermore, the perks on said exclusive loot they get should be different each time, thus increasing the likelihood of them getting the perks they want on the gun they want. Lastly, I'd like to address the one good thing that came out of the fixed perk system in D2. Every weapon had an identity, something that made it stand out from the crowd. For Uriel's Gift it was High-Caliber Rounds, and for Better Devils it was the exploding bullets. I believe that every gun should have ONE fixed perk in a column on its own, to give it that identity, and have the rest be randomized. That is all.

That is bad because what is unlucky about the weapon your getting? Adding a 'bad luck protection' will just hurt the system because what is 'bad luck' with what you get and it will defeat the purpose of the weapon you get. Grow up and use your feet because you just get another one and it will be okay. It's not like Destiny 1 collapsed because of it, unlike Destiny 2's static rolls.
