Tether should increase damage from ALL sources. Why should power weapons be different?
When Bungie makes the balance pass (the one where subclasses are getting reworked and mobility is getting buffed), I really hope they change this. Tether should provide the damage buff no matter what weapon the enemy gets hit by.
