I bought silver in Destiny 2 like two weeks ago and was told there would be an investigation. It was a bonus +300 too. $20. I did not receive silver so I would... like... totally want my money back... or just the silver I bought (2300). I am not being followed up with at all and would love to hear a status on the investigation or some information on how long this could take. Or... like... if any attention is being paid to my problem at all. Because you know... losing $20 to a vendor is not cool. Please inform me of any information whatsoever CASE # 3977
It has been a month and i have received no official message from bungie stating any progress in their "investigation ". At this point i am simply demanding my money back. I have been locked out of being able to buy silver all together. So not only have i lost money, but now i am unable to use what should be a functioning part of the game. I am becoming very disappointed.
Did you fill out the form on this page https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13657 If so all you can do is wait and be patient as can take time. I'd say don't submit more then 1 or your case might get pushed back each time.
