Why can't I go higher than level 20?
I've been playing a level 20 for more than two weeks now and I can't go no higher than level 20. Do I need to buy the Expansion Pass to start leveling again? If that's not the case is there another reason why I can't level? I'm playing Destiny 2 on a PC.
