I don't really get why he was called The Human Dracula. I get that he ate parts of his victims, but when I hear "Dracula" I think of someone drinking or sucking blood.
Also, what is it with Japan and cannibals? Wasn't there that other guy who kidnapped and killed a foreign student, dismembered her, kept her body parts in his house to eat, and was caught when he tried to dispose of the body by shoving it into a suitcase and dumping it in a nearby lake? If I remember correctly he got off with little to no punishment as well because of a legal loophole. I think VICE made a documentary about him.
