Start the keto diet. Run 3 miles a day, 5 days a week and do some weight lifting.
Simple as that. I've taken this routine up and it's working fine

I really don't recommend that, ketosis can be incredibly dangerous and end up with you in the hospital. Have a family member who works in the ER and sees it all the time
