There was a time when things could have happened: Three years ago. Unfortunately, three years of bitterness and disappointment has removed any good will and good faith this community might have had to extend. Their last chance was with the launch of this game and Bungie blew it spectacularly. At this point, Bungie would have to suck it up and accept that any comment they make will be met with large amounts of scorn but do the back and forth anyway. Even if that means picking specific comments at first to respond to, or doing a live stream and not shying away from answering the questions honestly with actual answers. Bungie needs to make the first and largest steps to mending.
