Is Eververse Smart Tracking Bright Dust Purchases?

It occurred to me that algorithms are being deployed in many parts of the game. Bungie denied the matchmaking algorithms pushing for players to buy into microtransactions... but they never actually explained whether there are unknown algorithms at work in Eververse or the game in general. In fact the last accusation was so unprovoked that I'd almost want to guess it was a cover. But that makes me want to explore the possibility of rigged coding mechanisms in Destiny 2/Eververse. Is it possible it's tracking what players individually buy with Bright Dust and stifling its drop rates so that they feel compelled to buy more with actual money? Because we know they're able to make duplicate rewards/items that appear the same but with altered dismantle rewards. It doesn't seem like a stretch to assume that the game has underlying codes to try and underhandedly influence player purchases. I want to know how it all works. Otherwise I'm not comfortable playing a game that took basic customization options and tried to hide them behind a pseudo-paywall structure. I don't have time to play this game for no direct compensation/rewards, and at this point I can't even count on decent cosmetic drops in-game let alone actual upgrades from completing activities. It's unplayable like this. I haven't seen a SUROS Modular Shine or Noble Red Constant Shader since launch. They're my favorite Shader besides Veist Poison Shimmer and I never get them to drop. Bad RNG, Artificial Rarity or perhaps the game is smart enough to have tracked onto my particular interest in them and is executing an underhanded attempt to squeeze a few microtransactions out of me? If we could get complete transparency on Eververse's coding, maybe players would trust it more, but as it stands there's too much room for Bungie to have rigged the -blam!-ing thing. There's no trust here. #ObligatoryOne-For-AllShadersPlea
