AMD Crossfire/Multi-GPU still a performance loss

Configuration Info CPU: Ryzen 1700 GPU: 2 x Vega 64 RAM: 16Gb DDR4 3200MHz GPU Driver Version: 18.1.1 Operating System: Windows 10 64-Bit Creator's Update 1709 DxDiag: https://pastebin.com/pc0Tzj2q Issue Information Description: Since the launch of Destiny 2 and with every iteration of AMD's drivers, Crossfire/Multi-GPU has severely effected performance normally resulting in about half of the average FPS I'd get with one card. I've tried every single crossfire mode in the Destiny 2 wattman profile including the Destiny 2 specific crossfire profile. Is there a fix planned down the line, or are there any workarounds that currently work?
